  1. Omar says:

First is dhikr, second is salaah, what is the third?

  2. Arif says:

I don’t get it… are the three elements?
    1. Bida’ah
    2. Taqleed of Maliki Fiqh and
    3. The beard

Ofcourse I’m just kidding :) May Allah grant us all the ability to practice the ilm we are blessed with.

  3. Asif says:

I thought the third is contemplation.

  4. Chad says:

    Salaam Alaikum Ya Sheikh

I had the pleasure of meeting you the first and only time in Masjid Al-Azhar, I was with my Quran teacher Sheikh Abdul-Kareem, who you knew as well. I love this masjid so much, seeing different scholars there giving lectures, May Allah preserve them and their knowledge through righteous students!

  5. Zaufishan says:

    1) Adhkar 2) Salat 3) ‘Ilm – like … ‘Ilm ul-Yaqeen? (teaching with) knowledge of certainty? Am just confusing topics now, drat.

[Ilm al Yaqeen – Knowing (to believe)
Ain al Yaqeen – Seeing (to believe)
Haqq al Yaqeen… Complete truth of certainty/ touching, feeling (to believe).
    Ah, different, my bad]

    Cool tasveers.
    Walaikumsalam people!
