   قدموا لي أي شيء ينفع للناس وأنا آتيكم بسند له في الشريعة الإسلامية
   It means “Present me with anything that is beneficial to people and I will bring you support for it from Islamic doctrine/Shariah”
   The author, in my humble opinion, is eluding to the fact that Islam is encompassing of all that is good to humans/humanity

   - i would say sanad is by know a mustalah engliziyy among the students. if not:

   “Give me anything that benefits mankind and I’ll give you a source for it in the Shari’ah”

   (i think this would probably be a better way of translating it, simply because it has something of the arabic’s linguistic power. this sounds more like something that would be said than formally written, and in a speech the above would be more suitable than a formal english translation, w’Allahu a’lam).
